Customer Service Representative

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication platforms in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Process orders and accurately input data into the system to ensure seamless transactions
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and provide solutions
• Maintain and update customer records with accurate and detailed information
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and offering appropriate resolutions

• Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolved

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers
• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with company products or services is a plus
