Job Responsibility:

Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and documentation under the guidance of supervisors and experienced team members

Maintain accurate records of customer orders and interactions to support smooth order processing
Address delivery-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Assist in team-specific activities to support overall goals and objectives
Requirements:
Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for preparing reports and correspondence
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
