Job Description:

We are offering a four month contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative located in BEAVERTON, Oregon. As a Customer Service Representative, your key role will be to serve as a bridge between our customers and the internal team, handle customer requests, and maintain accurate records.

Job Responsibility:

Liaise between internal departments and customers or brokers to facilitate order processing
Accurately document customer feedback for future reference
Maintain a multi-line phone system to handle customer calls effectively
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders
Use Microsoft Word and other tools to enter data related to customer orders
Handle both inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Carry out email correspondence to keep customers informed about the status of their orders
Keep accurate records of customer credit information

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a timely and detail oriented manner
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Experience in data entry with high levels of accuracy
Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently
Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for various tasks
Experience in order entry, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date
