We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This Contract to permanent position involves providing exceptional support to clients in a fast-paced call center environment, focusing on escrow and mortgage-related processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a detail oriented setting.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct research and analysis on insurance claims and related documents
Assist with escrow processing and ensure timely handling of transactions
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data and generate reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within a fast-paced environment
Review and verify mortgage documents for accuracy and compliance
Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions
Adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently to meet deadlines
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to foster positive relationships
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage, escrow, or related fields
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Basic math skills for accurate calculations and data verification
Experience in insurance or loan administration is preferred
