Customer Service Representative

• Respond promptly to inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with accuracy and care
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all data is entered correctly into the system
• Maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing exceptional support tailored to their needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of products
• Utilize Excel and other tools to manage and track customer information and orders
• Handle customer concerns with high attention to detail, ensuring satisfaction and resolution
• Contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues
• Work on-site five days a week, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration
• Adapt to the needs of a growing company, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring high-quality customer service delivery

• Previous experience in customer service within manufacturing or aviation industries
• Familiarity with high-touch B2B customer service processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to handle complex customer issues with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in order entry and call management systems
• Must be able to work on-site in Longwood, Florida, five days a week
