Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Accurately record and manage customer information through data entry systems
Handle email correspondence with clarity and efficiency to resolve customer issues
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required
Process orders and ensure accurate order entry into company systems
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain and organize customer records
Provide support for both inbound and outbound call activities as needed
Uphold a positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions
Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
Proficiency in handling high-volume inbound calls
Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence
Familiarity with scheduling appointments and order entry processes
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
