We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. Job Responsibility

  • Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Accurately record and manage customer information through data entry systems
  • Handle email correspondence with clarity and efficiency to resolve customer issues
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required
  • Process orders and ensure accurate order entry into company systems
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain and organize customer records
  • Provide support for both inbound and outbound call activities as needed
  • Uphold a positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service quality

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Proficiency in handling high-volume inbound calls
  • Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence
  • Familiarity with scheduling appointments and order entry processes
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
