Provide support for a benefits administration platform, assisting entities in Arkansas
Accurately match claims data, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and receipts to employee records
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations
Utilize prior experience in benefits coordination to expedite training and enhance performance
Maintain respect for data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Assist in onboarding and training processes for new team members
Support the transition to in-office roles, with potential flexibility for hybrid arrangements in the future
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within call center or benefits administration settings
Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing sensitive data
Familiarity with benefits coordination, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and claims processing
