Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments as needed
maintain and update customer accounts and records, ensuring data privacy and accuracy
collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experiences

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
some college coursework is preferred
previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage but not mandatory
exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities and needs
strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach
proficiency in utilizing technology and data tools to enhance customer interactions
