We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will connect with eligible individuals, explain available program options, and help coordinate appointments within a time-sensitive campaign. The position requires strong documentation skills, a consistent approach, and the ability to maintain a high volume of outbound call activity each day.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls each day to contact eligible individuals and introduce program opportunities
Speak with members using approved call guidance, provide clear information, and encourage appointment scheduling when appropriate
Leave clear voicemail messages when contact is not made and complete follow-up records accurately
Document all call outcomes, member interactions, and scheduling updates in the appropriate systems
Manage appointment-setting activities and ensure information entered into records is complete and timely
Work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining productivity, a consistent approach, and service standards
Pick up assigned equipment at the Boca Raton, Florida office at the start of the assignment and return it at the conclusion of the contract
Visit the Boca Raton, Florida office for equipment support when technical issues cannot be resolved remotely
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar phone-based role
Ability to handle frequent outbound calling and maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong data entry and documentation skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with standard business tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email, and computer-based systems
Reliable home internet service with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
A quiet, well-organized workspace that supports focused work and video communication
Comfortable using computers and learning remote access tools such as Microsoft Remote Desktop
Nice to have:
Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating customer interactions is preferred
