Call Center Customer Service Representatives. Onsite in Austin, TX. Temporary to Hire Opportunity. Position Overview: Offering: Health; Process: Provider Network.
Job Responsibility:
Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days
Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claim status, and other program-related questions
Support problem resolution as needed
Respond to inbound phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely
Document all interactions in clear, accurate, and concise online logs
Transfer callers to other call center units when appropriate
Meet individual attendance, performance, and quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics
Requirements:
Must have at least 6 months of recent high-volume call center or contact center experience
This experience must be within the last 12 months
The client strongly prefers the candidate's most recent role being in a call center environment
Must have direct experience as a Call Center Customer Service Representative
Must be a local candidate able to work onsite in Austin, Texas
Must have no visa restrictions
Minimum of 6 months of recent high-volume inbound contact center experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
