Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a retail operation in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. This contract - hre position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order details with accuracy, and working collaboratively across teams to deliver a dependable service experience. The role calls for strong communication, careful attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully on-site position Monday- Friday, pay $18-$20.

Job Responsibility

Process customer purchase orders accurately in QuickBooks and verify information before final submission
Partner with internal teams to coordinate timely responses, resolve issues, and support a smooth customer experience
Communicate with customers professionally through email and other channels, providing clear updates and helpful assistance
Address customer questions and concerns with a solution-focused approach that builds trust and satisfaction
Maintain organized records related to orders, billing inquiries, and service requests to support daily operations

Requirements

Prior experience in a customer service or customer success role with a track record of handling customer concerns effectively
Hands-on experience with order entry
familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear and effective email correspondence
High level of organization and close attention to detail when managing orders and customer information
Ability to work with urgency and remain effective in a busy, fast-moving environment
Dependable, self-directed, and motivated to deliver an excellent customer experience
Exposure to billing-related support tasks is beneficial
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
