We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. Job Responsibility:
Handle approximately 180 calls per day
Identify customer needs and transfer them to the appropriate department
Effectively use digital tools (Outlook, Teams, virtual phone systems)
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in standard office software
Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve clients outside of Quebec
Experience in a call center environment is an asset
