Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Bethesda, Maryland in a Contract to permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing high-volume communication, and keeping order information accurate and up to date. The person in this position will support customers across phone and email channels while delivering timely, attentive service and maintaining strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email with accuracy and a service-focused approach
Handle a steady volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist with questions, updates, and issue resolution
Enter customer orders into internal systems and verify details to ensure complete and accurate processing
Provide clear information on products, order status, and general service-related matters to support a positive customer experience
Document customer interactions, requests, and follow-up needs to maintain organized service records
Coordinate with internal teams when needed to resolve customer concerns and keep requests moving efficiently
Follow established service procedures and communication standards while managing multiple priorities throughout the day

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and accurate manner
Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer information
Strong written communication skills for handling customer emails and related correspondence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while balancing accuracy and responsiveness
Solid problem-solving skills and a consistent customer-first mindset
Proficiency with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly
