Customer Service Representative

• Provide front-line customer service in a retail environment, ensuring a positive experience for both retail and commercial clients
• Assist customers in making design and upholstery selections, offering guidance and product knowledge
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining attention to detail
• Set up and manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is entered correctly into the system
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Utilize intermediate computer skills to navigate systems and complete tasks
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for some Saturdays as required
• Uphold company standards in service and professionalism at all times

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or call center setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to address customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in order entry and account management systems
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with common software applications
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Availability to work 4-5 days per week, including some Saturdays
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude

Interest or background in design is a plus, though not mandatory
