As a Customer Service Representative you are working closely with customers, but also with internal departments. Job Responsibility
Create strong connections with customers by understanding their needs and providing great service
Evaluate and potentially approve customer requests that expand beyond previously agreed requests
Handle complex order changes
Ensure full shipment visibility for deliveries managed by Cargill Transportation Department to the agreed customer destination
Liaise with planning department to resolve product availability issues
Work closely with transportation to resolve transport availability issues
Verify customer commitments and reach out to confirm the expected timing of their volume orders
Requirements
Relevant work experience in Supply Chain and Customer Services
Excellent communication in English and other European language
