Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively
Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
Process claims with attention to detail, verifying information and resolving any discrepancies
Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage correspondence and documentation
Ensure quality assurance by following established processes and guidelines
Adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes
Uphold company standards and policies in all customer interactions
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing 60-75 words per minute
Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple priorities
Motivated and eager to learn new skills and processes
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet performance goals
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
