Maintain and update our Enterprise Resource Planning systems with essential client information and reports
Act as a communication conduit between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and find innovative solutions
Requirements:
Exceptional written skills as the majority of communication is via email
Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous customer service experience, ideally within the health industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work flexibly within tight schedules and dynamic workloads
