Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements:
At least two years of experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
