We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting banking products and services. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to thrive in the financial services industry.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to a high volume of inbound calls, providing timely and attentive assistance to customers
Support customers with tasks such as opening new accounts, updating account information, and resolving concerns
Deliver accurate and detailed information about banking products and services
Record customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the system to maintain accurate records
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and in compliance with banking regulations
Stay informed about banking products, services, and procedures to provide up-to-date assistance
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in the banking sector
Proficiency in using computer programs, CRM systems, and call center tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
Ability to remain calm and efficient while managing a high call volume
Exceptional listening skills paired with patience and empathy
Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Familiarity with banking processes, products, and services is a strong advantage
Reliable attendance and commitment to a consistent work schedule
