Customer Service Representative

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication with business owners
• Collect, record, and process detailed business and risk information accurately during live interactions
• Identify unique or complex cases, escalate issues as needed, and document findings to improve operational processes
• Collaborate with teams to support sales, service, and AI-driven initiatives by providing actionable insights
• Utilize MacOS, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat Pro effectively to manage daily tasks and communications
• Adapt to extended work hours or overtime when required to meet business needs
• Maintain a high level of efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly while maintaining high service standards
• Support bilingual communication in Spanish when needed, enhancing accessibility and customer satisfaction

• Proven ability to handle high volumes of inbound insurance calls in a customer service or call center environment
• Excellent typing speed and multitasking capabilities to manage simultaneous responsibilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach
• Availability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime
• Familiarity with MacOS, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat Pro to navigate systems effectively
• Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Experience in capturing and processing detailed business information accurately
