Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, products, or services
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and service requests
Provide product and service information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Meet individual and team performance goals for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or customer support systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
