Job Responsibility:
Handle customer inquiries independently within a team setting, ensuring a positive and attentive experience
Navigate multiple proprietary software systems efficiently using keyboard shortcuts and a computer mouse to update and manage participant records
Follow recommended scripts to maintain a high standard of courtesy during all customer interactions
Collaborate with colleagues and management through Microsoft Teams and Outlook for seamless communication
Demonstrate reliability and adaptability while addressing diverse customer needs effectively
Requirements:
Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
Show proven attention to detail and accuracy in work
Have experience using Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Showcase adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes and systems
Maintain a dependable and independent work ethic
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
