Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional, positive customer service on every call
Reach out to homeowners to understand their situation and provide guidance on available payment options
Assist with inbound questions including escrow, website navigation, payoffs, and general account support
Help customers process payments and connect eligible homeowners with refinance opportunities
Participate in ongoing onsite training to stay current on mortgage policies and best practices
Work toward team performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma required
bachelor’s preferred
0–2 years of customer service experience (mortgage, financial services, or advisory experience a plus)
Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to stay calm and detail oriented in sensitive or emotional customer situations
Comfortable navigating computer systems (Microsoft Office, Windows)
