Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Camphill, PA. The ideal candidate will bring previous customer service experience and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for delivering high levels of service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and building rapport. Job Responsibility:

Provide prompt and professional assistance to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
