Address customer questions, concerns, and disputes promptly while working toward accurate and satisfactory resolutions
Communicate policy details, product information, and claim or service updates clearly to customers and agency partners
Prepare and process insurance-related documentation, including coverage changes, beneficiary updates, confirmation notices, certificates, and invoice corrections
Enter and update information in internal records to support accurate account maintenance and policy administration
Review submitted paperwork for completeness and follow up as needed to ensure timely processing
Maintain organized files and documentation to support compliance, service continuity, and record accuracy
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in customer service
call center experience is preferred
Working knowledge of insurance products and general insurance industry practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across different audiences
Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy, tact, and sound judgment
Good typing skills and comfort with routine data entry and administrative tasks
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
