We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our ambulatory clinic team in Seattle, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring positive patient experiences by providing exceptional service and seamless coordination. Job Responsibility:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries with attention to detail and empathy
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently while managing daily patient schedules
Greet and room patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable from arrival to departure
Process payments and revenue transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
Communicate test results and other critical information to patients in a clear and detail-oriented manner
Coordinate with administrative and clinical staff to streamline operations and maintain patient safety
Leverage communication systems effectively to enhance workflow and patient satisfaction
Address patient concerns promptly, offering solutions and support to resolve issues
Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of six months of experience in customer service or a medical setting, or an associate degree
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with diverse individuals
Detail-oriented demeanor with a positive and achievement-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
Comfortable presenting information and responding to questions from staff, patients, and physicians
Nice to have:
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required
