Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a skilled customer service representative to help out a company in the insurance industry. In this vital role, you'll become the primary point of contact for their esteemed customers. Handling inbound calls and processing claims on-site, you will have the compelling opportunity to provide unparalleled customer support, helping to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Job Responsibility:

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to handle 50+ calls a day
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
college degree preferred
