As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino's brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.
Job Responsibility
Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders
Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards
Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership
Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Support inventory organization and restocking activities
Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment
Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations)
Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs
Strong communication and basic math skills
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
