We are working to provide a talented sales admin with experience and passion for people! This is a client facing role working with the team to confirm / expand sales while providing excellent customer service!
Job Responsibility
Sells products and services offered and are attained by building relationships and customizing the sales approach to evaluate and deliver on the customer’s needs
Provides price and delivery quotes to customers within an assigned territory by working with the purchasing department, Sales manager and the manufacturers to get the most competitive pricing
Processes customer orders by entering into the sales database, confirming price, availability, and delivery schedules
Order and Contract review requires attention to detail and proof reading for accuracy and maintaining quality expectations
Participates in the quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient sales cycle with the goal reducing sales errors and uphold quality to the highest level
Actions are measured by our On Time Delivery percentage
Monitor peer analytic reports
Qualifies and cultivates prospective customers and opportunities in addition to the assigned existing customer base
Update CRM as needed
Provides management with information regarding sales, marketing techniques, new products and market strategy by preparing forecast and activity reports on account territory
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, order coordination, or administrative support, preferably within a manufacturing or product-based environment
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on requests, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable working with customer portals, web-based order systems, and general back-office support tools
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams
Proficiency with standard office technology, including computers, smartphones, email, and document preparation tools
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to respond promptly to changing customer and business needs
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills when handling reports, documentation, and service requests
