We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in a Vienna, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This role offers a contract employment opportunity working onsite Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries
Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts
Scheduling appointments
Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
Uphold high standards of customer service at all times
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks
Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls and follow up with emails
Document all customer interactions and communications
Perform updating heavy data entry into internal system
Requirements:
1+ years of customer service and or office experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Capable work in a fast-paced service environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in Office software is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
