Working within a fast-paced customer service and concierge environment, you’ll be the first point of contact supporting Australians living with disability.
Job Responsibility
Delivering high-quality customer service and concierge support
Assisting participants via reception, phone and email enquiries
Completing accurate data entry and administrative tasks
Supporting participants with empathy and professionalism
Triaging enquiries and escalating complex matters where required
Managing team inboxes and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, call centre or support worker roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about helping people and making a difference
Australian Citizen
Happy to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
