Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing their inquiries and processing claims efficiently. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to incoming calls promptly, ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing accurate information and resolving issues
Review and process claims with precision and attention to detail
Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks to support customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing at a speed of 60-75 words per minute
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proactive and eager to learn new processes and systems
