We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Brentwood, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This position requires a proactive approach to handling inquiries, managing orders, and delivering excellent service.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone or email
Assist customers with placing orders, ensuring accurate entry and processing
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer concerns
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to provide information and resolve issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to overall team success
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary
Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring their needs are met
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound calls
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions
Familiarity with handling a high volume of calls and inquiries
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
