We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a team in Federal Way. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions.
Job Responsibility
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with questions related to services, accounts, or requests
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to address and escalate concerns as needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Support additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements
1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
