Requirements:
3+ years of previous experience in a product-based customer support function
Strong attendance and punctuality are required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent follow-through, attention to details, problem-solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills
Be able to maintain a positive outlook while exercising adaptability and teamwork in the workplace
The ability to perform appropriately under stress and with displeased customers
Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to understand technical product issues
Microsoft Office and Excel skills required
High school degree or equivalent required
Nice to have:
bilingual in Spanish is a plus
