We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to support policyholders and customers in a fast-paced insurance environment. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving questions, providing clear service, and handling a high volume of communication across phone and email. The person in this role will balance customer interaction with accurate record updates and administrative support while delivering a detail-oriented experience on every contact.
Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming customer calls and emails with timely, courteous, and accurate service in both English and Spanish
Guide customers through questions related to services, account details, and general insurance support while ensuring each interaction is handled with care and accuracy
Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on open issues, confirm information, or coordinate next steps with customers
Enter and maintain customer data, service notes, and order-related information with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
Schedule appointments and assist with service coordination to help customers receive prompt support
Process order entry and related updates while keeping internal records organized and current
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare, track, and manage customer information and daily service activity
Support operational updates and process-related changes, including adjustments tied to internal systems, as directed by leadership
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or another high-volume client-facing environment
Confidence handling inbound calls and conducting outbound follow-up when needed
Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage email correspondence and written customer communication effectively
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Comfortable multitasking, staying organized, and maintaining composure in a fast-paced setting
