Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Back Office) to join our Shared Services team in Poznan. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our quotation, order, and complaint management processes while working closely with internal departments (manufacturing, logistics, sales) and regional CSR teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, international environment, has a good eye for detail, and likes coordinating processes across different teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and manage sales documents in cooperation with regional CSR teams
  • Handle orders, scheduling agreements, quantity contracts, T&D orders, returns (RMA), repair and reconditioning orders
  • Manage complaints in CRM, ensure SLA compliance, prepare responses (including translations), create credit memos and replacement orders

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Back Office, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus
