As a Customer Service Representative, you serve as the crucial link between the customer, production, and logistics. You are the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio and bear ultimate responsibility for ensuring a smooth order flow and maximum customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Order Management: Processing and tracking sales orders from entry to delivery
Customer Contact: Serving as the primary point of contact for questions regarding production, deliveries, and new products
Planning & Inventory: Managing forecasts, demand, and inventory levels
Support: Handling complaints and providing general support to the sales team
Requirements:
At least 2 years of commercial experience in an international B2B environment
Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and MS Office
Knowledge of logistics and customs procedures is a plus
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Dutch, German, or Spanish is a plus
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive mindset
