The Customer Service Representative will administer customer order management activities. In this role, you will use your basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures. You organize all customer orders through multiple platforms. You contact the customers about status, invoice, balances and other information.

Receive and process customer orders across multiple platforms following standard procedures
Process complex change requests following defined policies and procedures
Explain information and inform customers about order status, invoices and contract balances
Process document requests and some ad hoc requests of higher complexity from customers
Confirm final shipping and quality documentation to customer
Escalate issues that are not commonly defined or known to higher level staff
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues
Requirements:
Experience in a Supply Chain oriented organisation
Order management and organising all the documentation with it, is not new for you
Good in Excel
Problem solver
Relationship builder
Able to work with multiple platforms and systems
Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments
Experience in customer service or order management supply chain
