We are looking for talented candidates who want to develop their skills and knowledge in Supply Chain processes in Customer Service in our new location in Poznań. We work in an international, multicultural environment, we support cooperation, diversity and development in every area. Our goal is to provide customer service at the highest level. We work in a hybrid system (3/2 – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote). We focus on direct contact with people, team integration, exchange of experiences and learning together.
Job Responsibility:
To bring value to our Customers and to Company by supplying a quality product and service in a timely and cost-effective manner safely
Manage existing accounts and establish the relationship
Develop and strengthen contact with new customers
Accept customer orders and perform timely and accurate order entry into SAP system following the actual processes, also to check if all conditions are in line with sales agreement
Respond to customers inquiries within agreed timescales and efficiently meet deadlines
Responsible for the Customer Data in SAP
Act as liaison between Customer, Sales, Order Fulfillment and Production
Receiving and logging customer complaints
Process credit/debit notes
Coordinate return of goods from customers or local warehouses
Requirements:
Knowledge of English at an advanced level (min. B2) - obligatory
Experience in Customer Service, preferably in Manufacturing, B2B
Nice to have:
knowledge of second European language
Experience with SAP system and/or experience with export specifics (intercompany)
