Our client, an undisputed leader in the Quebec agri-food sector, is currently seeking three rigorous professionals to fill the position of Order Desk Representative in Boucherville. Within the context of a major digital transformation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the fluidity of the supply chain and excellence in customer service. If you have mastered SAP and thrive in dynamic environments, this permanent challenge is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure accurate data entry and rigorous follow-up of orders within the SAP system
  • Manage business relationships with a diverse clientele (B2B and B2C)
  • Analyze inventory levels and proactively resolve issues to prevent delivery delays
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and production departments to optimize account execution
  • Maintain updated customer databases and ensure constant follow-up on active files

Requirements

  • Mandatory mastery of SAP software (concrete experience is essential)
  • High-level bilingualism to serve an English-speaking clientele
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, internal sales, or logistics
  • Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment requiring autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of EDI is considered a major asset
