In this Customer Service Representative - Order Desk role, you will be the primary point of contact for order management, leveraging your expertise to maintain high standards of service. Working within the customer care category, you will collaborate closely with the manufacturing & logistics teams to coordinate shipments, resolve order discrepancies, and manage client expectations in Mississauga.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full order entry process from initial receipt to final delivery confirmation
Provide exceptional customer care by responding to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and shipping status
Process a high volume of orders accurately within the company's ERP system (SAP/Microsft Dynamics)
Liaise with the manufacturing & logistics department to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods
Resolve complex order issues, including returns, credits, and shipping delays, with a focus on client retention
Maintain up-to-date customer records and order history in the CRM database
Support the customer care management team with reporting on order trends and service level agreements
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative - Order Desk or similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex order specifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly tone
Proficiency in ERP software like SAP and Microsft Dynamics as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing & logistics setting
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
Demonstrated ability to manage 50+ orders daily with a high degree of accuracy
A reliable and proactive attitude toward supporting the customer care team
