Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls, chats, and tickets while adhering to quality standards and response times
Develop in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to effectively assist customers

Accurately document customer inquiries and resolutions
Deliver exceptional and professional customer service

Requirements:
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential
Experience in customer service or call centers within the insurance industry (minimum 3 years)
Experience in assisting policyholders, particularly in medical insurance
