Requirements
Experience in a contact centre, remote sales, or customer service environment, with exposure to inbound sales or solution-based selling is preferred
Strong sales mindset, with the ability to confidently guide conversations and identify opportunities to drive sales growth
Passion for home furnishing and interest in helping customers create a better life at home
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style across different channels in a friendly, clear, and professional manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously in a dynamic digital environment
Proven ability to work towards KPIs and achieve individual and team performance goals
A collaborative team player who shares knowledge, insights, and contributes to a positive team culture
