The Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) provides first level support to their assigned customer accounts. The CSR also provides support to internal/external customers by troubleshooting any order and/or delivery issues. The CSR coordinates closely with the operations, planning, transportation and sales teams.
Job Responsibility:
Provides first level support to assigned customer accounts
Troubleshoots order and/or delivery issues
Coordinates with operations, planning, transportation and sales teams
Monitors inventory on all finished products for customers
Works with Production Planning to ensure product deployment
Researches inventory imbalances and identifies root causes and solutions
Manages daily/weekly in stock levels
Owns customer satisfaction and drives success through problem solving
Completes weekly customer scorecard
Identifies and innovates new key metrics
Works to solve complex, multifaceted issues
Helps provide customer assessments
Audits key accounts for reason code accuracy
Resolves internal process conflict
Maintains compliant Open Order Report
Validates and reports customer fines and fees
Contributes to startup of new customers and new product launches
Serves as lead point of contact for customer matters
Responds to customer emails/inquiries within 30 minutes
Acts as advocate for customer
Manages orders to Supply Plan
Establishes professional relationships with key personnel
Prepares Monthly/Quarterly Customer Updates and Presentations
Develops analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Responsible for interdepartmental cross training
Requirements:
2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
2 Years – Experience in Position
