Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Fluent/Native in French with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as good proficiency in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply product or service knowledge effectively
  • Proficiency with computers and customer service tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote work)
  • Eligibility to work in Greece.
