To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer service representative (French / German) (m/f/d) for full-time employment, starting immediately.
Job Responsibility:
Processing customer emails
Telephone and written communication with customers
Expert advice
Customer-oriented problem solving
Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
Recording business transactions in the company software
Requirements:
Successfully completed vocational training
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written
Fluent French skills, ideally at a native speaker level
Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications
Nice to have:
Prior experience in customer service or debt collection is advantageous, but not a requirement – motivated career changers are also welcome.
