We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative for a leader in furniture sales in Laval. This is a stable job with flexible hours and a team-oriented work environment despite the company's size. It's the perfect opportunity for a dynamic individual who is available to start quickly.
Job Responsibility:
Contact clients by phone to schedule and confirm their furniture deliveries
Proactively follow up on orders and deliveries to keep clients informed on the status of their items
Collaborate with the warehouse team and carriers to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
Perform administrative tasks related to delivery coordination and client file updates.
Requirements:
Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to effectively serve our clientele outside of Quebec. And communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a regular basis
Experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment, which is considered a significant asset
An excellent sense of customer service and a dynamic personality, with the ability to maintain a positive approach and an engaging tone of voice.
What we offer:
A competitive salary of $20 to $23/hr, determined by your experience
A stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, with the choice between two shifts (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
