Job Responsibility:
Order management: Taking charge of and following up on orders from suppliers and clients, via phone and email, ensuring clear and effective communication at each step
Quotations and billing: Preparing quotations and managing billing, including monitoring additional fees and resolving any discrepancies
After-sales service: Managing returns, credits, and after-sales service requests, ensuring an optimal customer experience and rapid problem resolution
Delivery follow-up: Ensuring proactive follow-up with clients in case of delivery issues, guaranteeing smooth communication to quickly resolve situations
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager in a distribution company, with a solid understanding of B2B dynamics
Experience with order management software such as SAP, ERP, or CRM
Fluent in both French and English, as the parent company and suppliers are based in the United States
Strong ability to quickly adapt to new challenges, work autonomously, and be an effective member of a collaborative team
