Job Description

Our customer, a distributor of hardware products, is looking for a new customer service representative - B2B and bilingual! Quick start, full-time daytime position in Laval

Job Responsibility

  • Take and follow up orders by phone, email or face to face
  • Shipment and shipping follow-up
  • Creation of billing and shipping slips
  • After-sales service
  • Processing and updating files in the AS400 system
  • Sending quotations to customers

Requirements

  • B2B experience in a distribution environment
  • Bilingualism, as a large proportion of customers are outside the province
  • Knowledge of AS400 software (a considerable asset)
  • Able to answer customers both on the phone and at the counter
  • Available to work 100% face-to-face in Laval
  • Motivated, dynamic, autonomous
